Today I got an email from one of my favorite couples from last year; Quinn & Stephanie (you can see them plastered all over my website and blog). They are two of the sweetest people you could ever meet; a couple created to be together. A few days ago Quinn’s father, Brian, was admitted to the hospital and has been in and out of consciousness since. I do not know the very details of his situation other than he needs our thoughts and prayers for God’s healing.

This is a quote that the family shared with their friends and family and I thought it was just beautiful and well worth passing along: (from Alan Redpath) “There is nothing-no circumstance, no trouble, no testing that can ever touch me until first all of it has gone past God and past Christ, right through to me. If it has come that far, it has come with a great purpose which I may not understand at the moment: but as I refuse to become panicky, as I lift my eyes up to Him and accept it as coming from the throne of God for some great purpose of blessing to my own heart, no sorrow will ever disturb me, no trial will ever disarm me, no circumstance will cause me to fret, for I shall rest in joy of what my Lord is. That is the rest of victory!”
We love you linda, quinn, steph, pete, kelly, hilary, maggie & dustin. Our hearts and hope for God’s grace & strength are with you.
