Stars & Garters! It is SO beau-ti-ful outside today! These are the days that I want to go for a hike in the mountains, on a white water rafting day trip, play softball til sundown or picnic with fresh produce and white wine! I LOVE these days. I got up this morning and went for a run in the park and then came home to shower and went to the market for some fresh foods. The market inspired a bean salad and strawberries, clementines and bananas! Would you dine at my restaurant…?
I sure would LOVE to take cooking classes, so if anyone in Paris, KC or Arizona knows of any organic/clean/vegetarian cooking classes offered, please message me!!
Now for the rest of today, Spring Fever has enveloped this flat and I am on a mission to clean scrub and shout top to bottom, side to side everything in sight. I’m sure Regina will keep me going until the sun goes to visit the other side.
